Retention Default
No inference retention window is published. The Master Services Agreement and privacy sections address Gcore's own controller-side processing; neither they nor the DPA say what happens to prompts and outputs submitted to Everywhere Inference.
Retention Exceptions
The MSA informs data subjects that processors and recipients "might be located outside of the EU/EEA in countries which are not deemed by the European Commission to provide for an adequate level of protection", covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.

Eu Procurement Reason
Gcore markets harder on European digital sovereignty than almost anyone in this registry — a Luxembourg S.A., EU law, "data stays fully within European jurisdiction", country-level placement on request — and then publishes nothing at all about what it does with inference data. Seven documents were read across the legal estate, including the MSA, the DPA references and the privacy sections; not one says whether prompts are retained, logged or used for training. Missing evidence scores zero here, and that alone costs the row about fifteen points. The rest is genuinely mixed rather than bad: named recipients including Google LLC and Zendesk in the US under SCCs, no certification found, and a real on-premise and hybrid deployment path that most inference hosts do not offer. A buyer can get an EU region; what they cannot get is a written answer about their prompts.
